Collected personal data, processing purposes and legal basis for processing the personal data

Visiting the website
When visiting the website, the accesses to the webpages are logged in logfiles. The following information is stored:

• the anonymized hostname and anonymized IP address (the anonymizing process takes place directly by the web host company so that the music publisher Ulrich Greve cannot influence that)
• date and time of the access
• the address of the accessed page
• HTTP status code
• Count of the transferred bytes
• the URL which was used to access the website (if present)
• the name of the browser, browser version and name of the used operating system

Legal basis of the storing is Article 6(1) point (f) EU-DSGVO. We have a legitimate interest for the storing in order to guarantee the safety and integrity of the website.

Order process
During the order process, we collect your name, postal address and E-Mail address. Legal basis of the processing is Article 6(1) point (b) EU-DSGVO for fulfilling the purchase contract and Article 6(1) point (c) EU-DSGVO for billing purposes.

In order to technically enable collecting the data for processing the order via our online shop starting from entering your personal data until the completion of the order, we use a server-side session where the data entered by you is stored on the server and identified by a session identification number which itself does not carry any personal data. Legal basis of the processing is Article 6(1) point (b) EU-DSGVO.

The provided data by you is necessary for fulfilling the sales contract. Without entering these data, an order is not possible.

Contact form
When using the contact form, we collect your E-Mail address and, if specified, your name which are solely used to reply to your request.

Legal basis of the processing is

• Article 6(1) point (f) EU-DSGVO
  We have a legitimate interest to reply to the request which is sent by the contact form. The balance of interests is on our side since the data transfer in the contact form happens actively by the requesting person without unnoticed data transfer and the purpose of the data processing is immediately clear when using the contact form.
• and, if the request is related to the initiation of a selling contract, Article 6(1) point (b) EU-DSGVO

Without providing your E-Mail address, using the contact form is not possible, entering your name is voluntarily.

Period for which the data will be stored

Visiting the website
The information in the logfiles are stored for a period of 6 weeks and are erased automatically then.

Order process
The data of an order is stored at us for a period of 6 months and will be erased after that period.

The invoices associated with the orders are stored for a period of 10 years due to legal retention periods and are erased then.

The data in the server-side session is either erased after successful completion of an order, after a click on the "Cancel" button while making the order or after 1 hour after closing the browser window.

Contact form
Your request is stored at us for a period of 6 months and will be erased after that period.

Providing personal data to third parties

Providing of personal data to third parties does not take place.

You have the right to request access to and rectification or erasure of personal data or restriction of processing concerning the data subject or to object to processing as well as the right to data portability.

You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
